Thomas Fountain was born and raised in the mountains of North Georgia and that way of life is reflected in his songs. The music that has influenced him as a singer/songwriter is well rooted in the past. However, he has taken that vintage edge and blended it with a distinct modern sound to make what he refers to as, “Solid Mountain Country”.
Cherokee stickball, also called Indian Ball, is played on a field with two goal posts set on either end. Two opposing teams line up against each other in a game. Whichever team scores 12 points first wins. There are no time-outs allowed.

LET THE FUN BEGIN! Back at the beginning of 2022, the Town of Andrews requested to host the Fair in their beautiful little town in the valley. Planning began, and soon things began to fall into place. This first year will be a little limited with regards to activities, but only because of the time constraints of a short planning period. We still have lots of fun rides and activities for the whole family to enjoy, and tons of great food and entertainment!
